Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through tradeestimate.pro, operated by DMRSR Estates Limited, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX.

2. Subscription Billing

TradeEstimate Pro is billed at $39.00 USD per month on a recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.

3. No Refunds After Billing

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting billing@tradeestimate.pro.

Upon cancellation your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

5. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
• Charges made after a confirmed cancellation

6. Free Plan

The free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment details. No refund is applicable.
