1. About Us

TradeEstimate is a trading name of DMRSR Estates Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tradeestimate.pro and all services provided through it.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeEstimate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Description of Service

TradeEstimate provides an AI-powered estimating tool for roofing and construction contractors. The platform allows users to generate, edit, and export professional estimates in PDF format.

4. No Liability for Estimate Accuracy

All estimates generated by TradeEstimate are approximations only. The platform uses AI-generated pricing data based on national US averages and publicly available market information.

TradeEstimate and DMRSR Estates Limited accept no liability for:

• The accuracy of any estimate produced
• Any financial loss arising from reliance on an estimate
• Pricing discrepancies between estimates and actual contractor costs
• Any claim made by a third party based on an estimate produced using this platform

Estimates produced by TradeEstimate are informational only and do not constitute a formal quote, contract, or guarantee of pricing.

5. Tool is Informational Only

TradeEstimate is a productivity tool. It is not a licensed contractor service, legal advice platform, or financial advisory service. Users are solely responsible for verifying all estimates before presenting them to clients.

6. Subscription Terms

TradeEstimate offers two plans:

• Free Plan: Up to 2 estimates, no PDF export.
• Pro Plan ($39/month): Unlimited estimates, PDF export, save and edit all projects.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise DMRSR Estates Limited to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

7. Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at legal@tradeestimate.pro.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Resell or redistribute estimates or platform outputs commercially
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of TradeEstimate is the property of DMRSR Estates Limited. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
